Whether you are dipping your toes in the "water of recovery" or have already dived in, I use a trauma-informed approach to guide you through recovery.
Although my practice is specialized in eating disorder recovery, I also am passionate about dismantling diet culture and what we think "health" is.
I am an anti-diet, body-positive, LGBTQ+ ally dietitian who believes everyone deserves equal access to healthcare and to be accepted as their authentic self.
COME AS YOU ARE
YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE
Are you finding yourself "stuck" in your recovery? Or maybe you are looking in the mirror and cannot recognize yourself? I'm here to tell you that this is a normal part of recovery from both an eating disorder and ditching diet culture and we can get through it together!
I use a gentle approach to teach people how to both nourish and care for their body while releasing themselves from the shame and discomfort that has been ingrained into us from our society's current obsession with "health".
CLIENT LOVE
"I have been so grateful to have Taylor as a dietitian in my eating disorder recovery. She is the most well-spoken, caring, educated, and present person I've met in my recovery process, and has been supportive and helpful throughout every phase of this process. Her knowledge about food and the body has inspired me to continue with my recovery, even on some of my hardest days"

HI, I'M TAYLOR
I am a “non-diet” Registered Dietitian and I work within a Health at Every Size® framework. My goal is to help those struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders find peace within their body. I fully believe recovery from an eating disorder is possible. I empower my clients to challenge their eating disorder thoughts and behaviors, with the end goal of intuitive eating. Everyone should be able to enjoy food without anxiety, shame, or guilt.
