Did you know that spending time with others can reduce your stress? It can and here is why: Serotonin!
When we spend time with friends, loved ones or even our furry pets, serotonin (our happy hormone) gets released and our cortisol (stress hormone) decreases!
Not only is spending time good for reducing stress, but enlisting friends to eat some of those challenging meals with you can help make the process a little easier.
So my challenge to you this week is to enlist a friend or family member (or animal) and have a challenge meal or snack with them.
