There are many preconceived notions around what a body "should" look like and what the "perfect diet" is. These notions are contributing factors that prevent those with eating disorders or disordered eating from recovery. Through unlearning these societal myths, we can redevelop a relationship with our body that supports our physical and mental health.
Whether you are dipping your toes in "water of recovery" or have already dived in. I use a trauma-informed approach to guide you through recovery.
I am an anti-diet, body-positive, LGBTQ+ ally dietitian who believes everyone deserves equal access to healthcare and to be accepted as their authentic self.

MY PASSION
I'm passionate about working with eating disorders and disordered eating because I want to change the system.
I am tired of being told by society that we are not good enough and that nothing we ever do will be. I believe changing a system so focused on diet culture starts with those who are fed up with it. Change happens when we empower and inspire each other to do better and to live by example.
